The pre-school has close links to the school enabling us to provide a smooth transition to those children who go on to join the primary school. In Busy Bees where we learn with our HEARTS, we are Happy, Educated, Articulate, Respectful, Team-players and Safe. Class 4 are having a great time at the camp out so far ⛺️ We have had a busy day doing lots of exciting activities, making sure to keep cool in the shade and drinking lots of water ⭐ 💧

Class 3 had a fantastic day at Binchester Fort today, where we explored a range of fascinating archaeological finds, including animal teeth and clay pots. We were lucky enough to visit a real-life excavation site, where archaeologists have unearthed more Roman buildings from the fort, bringing history to life right in front of us. The children got hands-on by making their own mosaics, cleaning artefacts, and creating clay pinch pots. They had great fun dressing up as Romans and acting out an exciting Roman–Barbarian invasion! It was a day full of new learning, creativity, and lots of fun for everyone.
