The pre-school has close links to the school enabling us to provide a smooth transition to those children who go on to join the primary school. In Busy Bees where we learn with our HEARTS, we are Happy, Educated, Articulate, Respectful, Team-players and Safe. Class 3 have been learning about the artist and scientist Maria Sibylla Merian. Her incredible artwork explores insects, their life cycles, and the environments in which they live. Pupils have been experimenting with both acrylic and watercolour paints, learning how to use each medium effectively. They have now begun their final pieces, which will be judged by the Parish Council on Friday. Watch this space for some amazing artwork!
