Welcome to Busy Bees Pre-School

Firmin

Mr Adam Firmin

Head of School

Busy Bees Pre-school has worked alongside Brompton-on-Swale Church of England Primary school for many years, we are a small pre-school welcoming children from 2 years old.

The pre-school has close links to the school enabling us to provide a smooth transition to those children who go on to join the primary school. In Busy Bees where we learn with our HEARTS, we are Happy, Educated, Articulate, Respectful, Team-players and Safe. To find out more about our intention for the children who join Busy Bees, please visit our school vision page.

As part of the Synergy Schools Federation, we embrace Synergy School’s vision of “Learn, Grow & Shine together”.

We look forward to welcoming you to our Busy Bees setting within Brompton-on-Swale Primary school.

We have a special Spotlight award this week, which was nominated by Andrew, our IT Technician across the Federation. “I’d like to nominate my Dungeons and Dragons Club for the Spotlight Award this week. I think the club has been an overwhelming success and the children are gutted I'm not running it next term. The pupils have engaged with the gamified environment brilliantly, roleplaying entirely in the spirit of the game. The pupils have all expressed themselves creatively and have collaborated as a genuine team. During our final session, the group completely surprised me by presenting a thank you card signed by every single one of them, alongside a very thoughtful gift. It was a remarkably kind gesture that highlights exactly the kind of empathy, gratitude learned in game and they have expressed this outside of the game. I know you regularly highlight outstanding pupils with the Federation’s Spotlight Award. I would love to formally nominate this group for a special mention. They have demonstrated exceptional peer support, creative problem-solving, and exceptional behaviour throughout the term and it's been a joy to share the experience with them.” Congratulations Team Dungeons and Dragons, it sounds like you have had a fantastic time and represented the school beautifully! 🤩🙌🐉
